Angel with sparkling blue eyes
Blonde hair
Fine as opulent silk
Gentle boy
So loving
Eager for affectionate interaction
His noble name
Tribute to Amadeus Mozart
It means “Dear God”
His glowing smile
Brightens the darkest room
He speaks to me in many ways
Tugging powerfully at my heart
I offer praise
For the gifts he brings
His stuffed Panda
Gently placed in my lap for approval
As he shares my glass of juice
Seventeen months of joyful existence
Copious curiosity
Fills his being with discovery
Overwhelming satisfaction
As I watch him sleeping peacefully
Gleeful celebration
When he awakens in sleepy morning reunion
And realizes I am still by his side
I can think of no finer compliment to a man
I love you little one
My soul sings for you
