Enigmatic, lost, beautiful, tragic, moments of brilliance, nurturing, gentle, terrified, deep, restless, searching, isolated, golden hair, soft, warm, lips of honey, alone in a crowd.

I wish I could travel with you on your journey deep within……to comfort you….to rescue you…….my best friend.
Yet I know I am forbidden, never meant to enter your safe place, my eyes will never see.
You must go there alone.

Sometimes you leave me breathless, gasping for your love like oxygen.
Sometimes you leave me lost, bewildered, clinging to your ghost.
Sometimes you take me to the clouds, dizzy from your magic touch.
Sometimes you run away.
I grieve when you are gone.

I have always loved you, helpless to your charm.
My thoughts of you never sleep

I get lost in your eyes, sparkling, full of mystery and pain, a million miles away.
