SELF DISCOVERY
From the bottom
The summit becomes clear
Auto focus
To lose my arrogant pride
In the depths of despair
Opens the chosen door
God’s private entrance
Stripped of fatal vanity
Robe of humility
A cloak for all seasons
Solemn dirge
Erupts into merriment
As blind eyes suddenly see
Revered reward
Within me all along
