I spent my life in turmoil
Futile justification
Vain attempts to validate
My wretched sinful nature
Then
One gleaming moment
A miracle occurred
Lightning bolt of mercy
Precious saving grace
Forgiven
In majestic form
Burning bush split second
Embraced by Jesus Christ
Unconditional love
His radiance
Immaculate
Glowing peace
