SOBER EYES
My mind now sees through sober eyes
No more fear, no more lies
My Saviors Grace has set me free
Patiently teaching and guiding me
I never dreamed of peace like this
True serenity, joyful bliss
No more worries, no more tears
He bears them for me, He’s always near
I was lost, hopeless, and bare
He has opened my eyes, He has made me aware
He promised me life, He touched my soul
He walks beside me, I give Him control
My job is to serve Him
My pleasure is to praise Him
My honor is to join Him
In His Fathers house someday………..
