Rampant gall
It seems we’ve lost our way
Along the storied climb
Selfish eyes
Triumphant
Swollen ego precept
A cautionary tale
Unfolds without restraint
Complicated days
Spiritual debase
Quiet time I seek
Reverent reflection
Continued separation
