A vessel
As am I
Energy flows
Exploding onto life’s canvas
Demons flee as I write
Compassion pours from the chalice
Where poison once choked my soul
Love blooms
Where anger’s infertile soil
Before lay barren
Clarity bursts forth
Upon erstwhile blinded eyes
Wisdom quietly replaces confusion and frustration
Peace consumes
As turmoil slowly fades
